Strawberry is the fruit of the season and colour red is what is spreading its glory this changing season. Strawberry, a fruit which is low in fat and cholesterol but is a good source for Potassium & Vitamin C, is plenty this season. We are mixing it up with coconut water, a clear liquid which again is high with potassium and acts as a great antioxidant, to give us a wonderful smoothie. The bright red colour with little seeds and the different taste of coconut water gives this delightful refreshing drink.

Strawberry Coconut Delight is a dairy free, quick to make, re-energizing drink which is a favourite of children as well as adults.
Strawberry Coconut Delight Recipe
Serves – 2
3 Tablespoon Sugar
2 ½ cups coconut water (Chilled)
2-3 strawberries to garnish
- Grind chopped strawberries with sugar in a grinder.
- Add chilled coconut water and mix.
- Pour it in glasses and garnish with fresh strawberry pieces.
