Strawberry Coconut Delight

Strawberry is the fruit of the season and colour red is what is spreading its glory this changing season. Strawberry, a fruit which is low in fat and cholesterol but is a good source for Potassium & Vitamin C, is plenty this season. We are mixing it up with coconut water, a clear liquid which again is high with potassium and acts as a great antioxidant, to give us a wonderful smoothie. The bright red colour with little seeds and the different taste of coconut water gives this delightful refreshing drink.

It’s always good to wake up our body system with healthy and digestive meals. One of the best to include is any fruit. Coconut water is one of the best sources of electrolytes for our body. Strawberry Coconut Delight Recipe

Serves – 2

Ingredients:

1 Cup Chopped Fresh Strawberries

3 Tablespoon Sugar

2 ½ cups coconut water (Chilled)

2-3 strawberries to garnish

Method:

  1. Grind chopped strawberries with sugar in a grinder.
  2. Add chilled coconut water and mix.
  3. Pour it in glasses and garnish with fresh strawberry pieces.
