Salads are ready to eat dishes prepared with healthy ingredients to serve the best. Salad is a word nowadays used to describe a light and leafy fruits and vegetables based dish which is prepared using a dressing.
Salads are majorly served cold except a few like south German potato salad. Green leafy vegetable salad dishes are generally served with some dressing or sauces accompanied by nuts or croutons and with additional ingredients like cheese, eggs, pasta etc.
Today I tried my hands on mixing the pasta with some fresh fruits and lovely black olives to form a cold salad. Becoming a part of Italian cuisine, this salad makes us have a lot of fruits together with a filling ingredient i.e. pasta.
