5 wholesome sweets to be consumed without guilt!

To be in good physical shape is everybody’s vital priority. No one wants to gain weight by consuming desserts after a heavy meal. These are few easy making healthy desserts.

  1. Oats Bar

    Oats Bar: – Oats are considered to be healthy and also act as a power bank resource for our body. Sauté oats in a pan without any greasing agent and let them cool down for an hour. Take a half amount of black dates and almonds and grind coarsely. Add oats and honey to this mixture. Place the mix on a plate and freeze it overnight. Next day cut into shape of bars and wrap it in fancy wrappers. These bars are all set to have it as dessert. While serving, unwrap the bars and serve it with hot chocolate sauce.

  2. Pumpkin Pie: – This might sound weird, but pumpkin is a vegetable which is sweet and not enjoyed by all. Grate pumpkin, add small amount of honey, dry fruits and dispense this mixture on pie bread. Bake this under 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let this pie cool down and serve it filled with healthy delight.

  3. Wheat Bread Chocolate Sandwich: – I would suggest you this as it is the hastiest recipe to be made. Take two bread slices and add chocolate pieces between them. Prepare as many as you want it, toast them in a toaster. To be served hot as the melting chocolate would be the best indulgence.

  4. Carrot cake: – Take 100gm of baking mix with 75gm of castor sugar. Grate carrots and add this to your cake mix. Greece the tin, add your cake mix to it and bake it in a pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Demould your cake and serve it by dressing the cake with castor sugar, hot or cold, as your family friends like it.

  5. Wheat Laddoos: – Wheat is rich in fiber and keeps you healthy with revitalizing energies in your body. Sauté wheat flour in a dry pan till it turns little brown. Let this mixture cool down and later add peanut butter to this powder and small amount of ghee or oil as a bonding agent. If you want it to be sweeter, adding honey to it would also be a good option. Take small amount of this mixture and form balls out of it. Decorate these laddoos with silver foil and serve it after your meal.
