Pizza Pinwheels – No matter what theme you have in your parties, but Pizzas are something that always rocks! Get the thin crust pizza bases. Apply thick layer of Pizza topping and add shredded cheese on it, together with chopped onions and bell peppers. Sprinkle salt, oregano and chili flakes as per taste. Roll them up carefully so that the filling doesn’t come out. Cut the rolled pizzas into 4-5 pieces each to form pinwheels. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Serve Hot!

Baked Falafel – Coming from the middle –east, this appetizer will rock your party together with being a healthy snack. Soak chickpeas overnight and grind them coarsely next morning. Chop 3-4 spring onions. Mix them with ½ cup dried bread crumbs, chopped coriander, cumin powder, red chili flakes, chopped garlic and crushed peppercorns. Add salt to taste. Add a pinch of baking soda. Make small round balls from the mixture. Put these on a greased baking tray and brush them with oil. Bake these at 180 degree Celsius for 2-25 mins. Serve!

Crispy Potato Bites – Potatoes are one of the favourite snacks of all. Peel some large potatoes and cut them into wedges. Blanch them in water for some time. Drain the water and toss the potatoes with olive oil, mixed herbs, chopped garlic and salt to taste. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. Arrange the potato slices on a greased baking tray and brush them with little olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Bon Appetite!falafel-1088440_960_720

Cheese Poppers – We are sure that even the biggest food snob cannot deny these. Not only are they tasty, but are super easy to make as well. Make a smooth, consistent batter by mixing plain flour and water. Take some dried mixed herbs and add red chili flakes, black pepper and salt to taste. Now, line one end of a slice of cheese with the mixture and roll it. Cut the cheese cylinder into three pieces. Dip each piece into the batter and roll them in bread crumbs till they are evenly coated. Deep fry them until golden brown. Eat the yumminess inside!

Cutlet Cake – It’s a delectable combination of vegetables and spices. Mix chopped vegetables like carrots, peas and green beans thoroughly. Mix water and plain flour to make a batter. Boil some potatoes, peel and mash them. Blend the chopped vegetables with mashed potatoes. Make tiny patties with the mixture. Dip each patty into the batter, and then roll it over bread crumbs. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry these cutlets until they are golden brown.

Flavoursome Dips

Wasabi – this is hot and spicy dip which is great all-purpose companion. Mix wasabi powder with condensed milk, soya milk, salt and pepper.

Mustard chilli Sauce – It is tangy and savoury. All you need is dry yogurt, lemon juice, chilli paste and mustard sauce. Mix them and hey presto!

Barbeque Sauce – To add your own twist to the barbeque sauce available in the market; add mayonnaise and chilli flakes to it. It is simple to make and tasty.

Red pepper dip – Roast pepper and finely grind cashew nuts. Add olive oil and fresh red chilli. He staple for every appetizer is ready.

Mint Coriander Chilli Paste – Take mint, green chilli and pomegranate seeds and grind them well. Add chaat masala to it. This will complement baked snacks.A3678E3235
