IMG_2308The lovely food they have sent over to us in hygienically well-packed microwave friendly containers, it was just amazing!

We started our food journey with their Crunchy Munchy Rolls. Glass noodles and diced veggies wrapped in a crispy spring roll, flavored with lemongrass and served with sweet chili sauce is what the interesting name has behind it. Crunchy with lemongrass flavour, the spring rolls were delicious.

Next, we chose to try their Sui Mai dim sums. Being one of their signature dishes, the steamed dimsums, crammed with black mushrooms, button mushrooms and Pok choy leaves you to have a “wanting more” experience. It is a must try for the mushroom lovers, but in case you are not a mushroom person, then we suggest to avoid them.

In the main course, we got classic Hakka noodles with cabbage and green peppers and onions, tossed classically.

From their special section of a Meal in a bowl, we got Khao Suey. – IMG_2309Another signature chef’s special dish at Happy Hakka, which definitely left us happy. A Burmese delight of curried vegetables and noodles in thin coconut milk gravy with a variety of tasty accompaniments, the dish was delectable.

What we loved was that their menu has a special indication of the healthy options to choose from. And apart from the Soups, salads, appetizers, dim sums and the mains, they also have an option of meal in a bowl which comes within the price range of INR 300. The condiments come separately packed in a container with cutlery which looks so cute. However, a little disappointing was that Happy Hakka doesn’t offer any dessert to go with your authentic Chinese meal.
