Create your own Jalapenos!

Winters are here… let’s be prepared for it… Why not make our home-made Jalapenos using the big fat chillies 🙂 And the best part is, we can store them and keep them ready for use over next 3-4 months.sliced-jalapenos


  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup White Vinegar
  • 1Tbsp White sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • 12-15 Jalapeno peppers (sliced into rings)


  1. Mix water, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic paste and oregano in a saucepan on high heat. Bring it to boil and remove from flame. Let it cool
  2. Put the jalapenos in a glass jar; add the vinegar mixture, cover and refrigerate. They are ready!Easy-Homemade-Pickled-Jalapenos-www.SimplyScratch.com_-620x415
