Winters are here… let’s be prepared for it… Why not make our home-made Jalapenos using the big fat chillies 🙂 And the best part is, we can store them and keep them ready for use over next 3-4 months.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup White Vinegar
- 1Tbsp White sugar
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- ½ tsp Oregano
- 12-15 Jalapeno peppers (sliced into rings)
Method:
- Mix water, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic paste and oregano in a saucepan on high heat. Bring it to boil and remove from flame. Let it cool
- Put the jalapenos in a glass jar; add the vinegar mixture, cover and refrigerate. They are ready!
